The Last Drop reflects Lon Megargee's famous painting of a cowboy giving his horse his last drop of water. The image is displayed in the bar and found in every authentic Stetson cowboy hat. It is this famous painting which serves as the inspiration and artistic foundation for the bar.

Weathered Southwestern rugs, decorative iron works and leather-seated banquettes add to the allure of the Old West in The Last Drop Bar, while wood-framed windows offer a beautiful view of the courtyard providing an intimate and relaxed atmosphere. Oversized outdoor furniture create an intimate setting to enjoy the seasonal live music on the patio next to a wood-burning fireplace.

Join us daily for happy hour beginning at 4 p.m. daily offering an appetizing tapas trio for just $15 and specially priced cocktails like the Megargee Mojito and wines by the glass from the Wine Spectator award-winning wine cellar.
