At LON’s at The Hermosa, fine dining in Scottsdale is at its best where age-old cooking methods of smoking, roasting and wood-grilling are employed along with European techniques. The cuisine offered at LON’s can be characterized as comfort cuisine that utilizes the flavors of the region and is a product of natural and sustainable resources. The use of authentic Arizona flavors with cutting-edge trends speaks to what you will find on the menu when dining at LON’s.
The harvest from the on-site one-acre garden is supplemented with local produce from Phoenix organic farmers and specialty meats such as lamb out of Sonoma, California and fish from sustainable fisheries, mostly located on the West coast.
Menus are designed to encapsulate the season and a new Chef's Tasting Menu is offered each week, to showcase the creativity of our culinary team. This menu can be enjoyed nightly with the option of appropriately chosen wines by our expert sommelier.
