Tapas items such as citrus poached shrimp sopas with avocado, tomato and jalapeno, duck confit empanadas with blood orange mole and ham and cheese croquettes with truffle ricotta, American prosciutto and romesco sauce are created by the culinary team for a match made in heaven.
