Our Resort Policies

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 noon. We will be happy to consider special requests for early arrivals and/or late departures as our occupancy permits.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The Hermosa Inn has a seven-day cancellation policy for most individual reservations. A charge in the amount of one night's room rate plus tax will be applied to your credit card if you should:

- Fail to check in on your scheduled day of arrival
- Cancel your reservation less than seven days prior to the scheduled day of arrival.
- Check out prior to your scheduled date of departure.

The Hermosa Inn reserves the right to quote a longer cancellation period and/or require a deposit under certain circumstances including, but not limited to, suite reservations, holiday periods, stays in excess of seven days, and group negotiated rates. Pre-paid Advance Purchase reservations are non-refundable if cancelled or changed.

RESORT FEE

A daily resort charge of $35 (plus tax) will be posted to each room to include the following services:

- Valet parking
-Unlimited high-speed wireless Internet in guest rooms and throughout the resort
-Keurig coffee and tea, and bottled water in room
-USA Today delivered to your door
-Local and long-distance calls
-Coffee, tea, fruit, morning pastries, and freshly baked afternoon cookies in the lobby
-Computer workstation in the lobby
-Fitness Room
-Bikes, helmets, water bottles, and area maps

CHILDREN/ADDITIONAL GUESTS

Children 17 and under are complimentary. Additional adults (3rd or 4th adult in the room) requiring rollaway beds will be charged at a rate of $25 per day.  

PETS

The Hermosa Inn extends a warm welcome to your furry family member, treating dogs with the same service as their masters. Greeted with a letter from our Director of Guest Experience, a plush loaner bed, dog bowls, bottled water, and natural treats, don’t be surprised when our staff stops to meet your pooch. In addition, we have partnered with Pawsitive Vacation Pet Sitting to provide dog sitting and/or walking services at a nominal fee for our guests' furry friends. Please contact Guest Services at frontdesk@hermosainn.com for more information on this service. There is a limit of one pet per room with a $100 per pet non-refundable fee. Weight limit not to exceed 50 lbs. per pet. Owners remain responsible for the actions of their pets regarding clean-up, noise, damage, and safety to guests and employees. Dogs must be on a leash at all times. While we welcome your furry friends, dogs are not permitted at the pool. When planning to stay at The Hermosa with your pet, please inform our Guest Services team at frontdesk@hermosainn.com.

SWIMMING POOL

Guests of the inn have access to our sparkling swimming pool and two whirlpool spas.  Cabanas are also available for rental.  Our pool is just steps away from the accommodations and has stunning mountain views. Towels are provided for all guests. An all-day menu is offered from Lon's at the pool.

BLUE DOOR SPA SUITE

Experience moments of tranquility and intimacy within the quiet hideaway of The Blue Door Spa Suite. Email our Guest Services staff at  or call them at 602-955-8614 to schedule your massage appointment in advance of your stay.

CREDIT CARDS

The Hermosa Inn accepts all major credit cards as a form of payment. A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. If the credit card holder will not be the actual hotel guest or will not be here in person to sign for the charges, then a Credit Card Authorization form must be completed and emailed to the Inn prior to the guest's arrival. Contact us at (844) 267-8738 or  to obtain a copy of the Credit Card Authorization form by fax or email.

GIFT CARD POLICIES:

Your payment and personal information are always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

REFUND/ RETURN POLICY:

All gift card sales are final.

SHIPPING POLICY/DELIVERY POLICY:

Gift cards will be mailed via U.S. Postal Service within two business days of purchase. There is no charge for shipments to U.S. addresses. There will be a charge for international or FedEx shipments, or express 2-day shipping.

TRANSPORTATION

The Hermosa Inn does not provide complimentary airport transportation. However, there are several taxi and sedan services available at the airport on a 24-hour basis to provide you with transportation to the inn for approximately $100/one way up to 4 people. Please contact our Guest Services team if you'd like assistance.

FIREPLACES

Fireplaces are turned off seasonally during the summer months, beginning mid-May. They will be turned back on mid-October.
